Self Defence for runners

Together with White Wolf Dojo, Buzz Events & Co. is proud to present a special workshop for female runners.

The two 90 minutes workshop conducted by fame Jujutsu instructor Rachael Crompton is specially designed for female runners who might feel vulnerable when out running alone.

At the end of these two sessions, attendees will be armed with basic defence skills and knowledge for getting out of unwarranted situations.

Very limited number due to high interaction among attendees and instructors. It is highly recommended you commit to both sessions to make the best out of what's imparted to you.

About the instructor.

Rachael commenced martial arts training after she was fortunate to survive a vicious ‘road rage’ attack from a convicted criminal.  The violence experienced in those brief moments gave Rachael not only tremendous drive to train hard but insight into what was really required to help survive such incidents.

Rachael is the first Non Japanese female to be graded to Black belt in Japan in the Traditional Samurai Art of “Daito Ryu Aiki Jujutsu by Headmaster Katsuyuki Kondo Sensei.  Rachael is a direct student of Kondo Sensei and visits him and his family several times a year in Japan.  
Before training in the traditional art of Daito Ryu Aiki Jujutsu, Rachael competed internationally in Sport Jujutsu Competitions in Sau Paulo, Brazil and Tokyo, Japan.
